Head of the customer experience and social strategy department at Havas San Francisco since 2015, leading numerous brands across Havas North America portfolio in social strategy, CRM program planning, execution, media, content and community management for all website, email, activation and social content on channels including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Heavily integrated into larger digital marketing and sales teams, constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible on social and digital platforms to provide brands, products and organization industry-leading executions that drive business success.

Works daily with Havas offices across the United States (New York, Chicago, Boston) on client social strategy and activations.

Lead on all social media brand influencers as well as research and implementation of new social trends and platforms.

Expertise in reporting, social listening and analysis of social media data to influence future social media content and brand marketing decisions.

Experience in executing and managing social live stream events on Facebook and YouTube.

Active member and social media lead of the Havas North America 'Digital Outcomes Lab' - an internal innovation group that pushes the boundaries of technology to develop products we can offer clients.
